Ralph Williams, an Experience Designer and Web Developer, has been working with DotNetNuke for 6 years with a primary focus on Design and Skinning. He specializes in skinning user friendly tableless designs using CSS best practices and clean, light-weight code, enhanced with jQuery. Ralph has spoken at DotNetNuke World, multiple Day of DotNetNukes, Code Camps and User Groups. With his experience in DotNetNuke and SharePoint, he has overcome many of the inherent obstacles that web developers face on a daily basis and enjoys sharing his expertise with others.

NASCAR – DNN Website
Created a skin and developed a DNN marketing website for NASCAR Kinetics to promote a case study competition that introduces college students to the fast pace world of NASCAR.. Primary website features social integration components and an administrative area for users to collaborate throughout the competition.
Sun Communities – DNN Migration
Designed and developed skins and templates to be utilized across all 160 of Sun Communities resorts and community sites. Part of the User Experience team that helped Sun Communities re-architect their search experience as well as their CMS workflow for managing 160 communities across the country.
PricewaterhouseCoopers – Financial Audit Application
Redesigned the themes and master pages used throughout the application's SharePoint environment. Designs were created to both provide the user with an easier, clear and more defined UI while adhering to the application's newly designed branding.
American College of Physicians – DNN Skins
Assisted the company with updating their skins utilized throughout their installation. The updates allowed the administration of the client's website to function more efficiently and upgraded the website's taxonomy making the site easier to navigate and more accessible.
Destination Weddings – User Experience Analysis and Redesign
Lead the analysis and design phase for the redesign of Destination Weddings website. Involved in discovery and usability analysis as well as all design stages including moodboards, wireframes and final design concepts.
